Important Shipping and Handling Information ORDERS ARE NOT NECESSARILY PROCESSED THE SAME DAY THEY ARE PLACED. IF YOU NEED AN ORDER SHIPPED ON THE SAME DAY, PLEASE PLACE THE ORDER BEFORE 9AM CENTRAL TIME OR CALL THE ORDER IN. OTHERWISE IT MIGHT NOT BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. WE WILL SHIP OUT "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" UNLESS SIGNATURE SERVICE IS REQUESTED IN THE COMMENTS SECTION! Orders are processed and shipped on the earliest date that will allow the shipment to arrive without encountering the Fedex "weekend". This is usually Monday and Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday being the exceptions for some destinations in Texas and FedEx Express 2-day and overnight shipments. SHIPMENTS FOR THE SATURDAY DELIVERY OPTION MUST BE CALLED IN. ONLINE ORDERING DOES NOT OFFER SATURDAY DELIVERY AS AN OPTION. FEDEX DOES NOT PICKUP ON SATURDAY. For example, if you place an order on Thursday or Friday and it takes 3 business days for your order to arrive by Ground or Home Delivery, it will not go out until the following Monday unless you order an appropriate expedited shipping method that will allow it to arrive by that Saturday at the latest. WE WILL NOT SHIP A PACKAGE OVER THE FEDEX WEEKEND UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED TO DO SO. AN ORDER PLACED LATE IN THE WEEK WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING WILL BE SENT OUT THE FOLLOWING MONDAY UNLESS IT WILL ARRIVE BY THE SATURDAY OF THE SAME WEEK IT IS ORDERED!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE, PLEASE EITHER ADD IT TO THE COMMENTS SECTION OF YOUR ONLINE ORDER OR CALL YOUR ORDER IN. WE WILL CONTACT YOU IF CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE IN THE SHIPPING METHOD CHOSEN WHEN ORDERING ONLINE. In addition, with the onset of summer temperatures, the life of the dry ice in the shipments is reduced to 2 to 3 days. We will still offer FedEx Ground and FedEx Home delivery to all customers, but encourage those outside of Texas or the adjoining states to consider at least FedEx Express 2-day to ensure safe arrival of your shipment. If FedEx Ground or FedEx Home delivery service is chosen, THE CUSTOMER WILL ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONDITION OF THE SHIPMENT UPON ARRIVAL. FEDEX GROUND AND FEDEX HOME DELIVERY CAN TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO SOME LOCATIONS AND PERISHABLES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. DELIVERY ESTIMATES FOR FEDEX GROUND AND HOME DELIVERY MAY BE DELAYED DURING HOLIDAY RUSH TIMES. TRANSIT TIMES CAN BE LOCATED AT FEDEX.COM.
