A Few Guidelines for Ordering Kreuz Barbecue for the Holidays

All orders will be shipped on weekdays only.

For Christmas, all orders must be placed by the following dates:

DEC 17th - 2nd Day Air
DEC 17th - Ground (regional only)
DEC 28th - Next Day Air

Folks are often uncertain about when to place an order for a specific delivery date and which UPS service to select. The following guidelines should help you with your order.

We do not ship over the weekend, and we do not schedule deliveries for Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. Your order needs to be placed at least a day before the ship date so that we can cook, chill, and pack the meat.

Destinations in Texas and a few neighboring states have the option of choosing UPS Ground. Ground orders for those who qualify usually deliver in a day or two, BUT WE DO NOT GUARANTEE IT! If a Ground order happens to take 5 days, there’s nothing we can do. No refunds, no replacements.

Keep in mind that UPS does not ship on Thanksgiving and Christmas. High volume shipping near holidays can also cause delays, so place you order as soon as possible. All our meats freeze well, so you can receive your order early just to make sure you have it.

All our meats are fully cooked and vacuum-packed.
