Max Rios coined the term Tex-Americana to describe his blend of Tex-Mex and Americana music. His songs are shaped by the Gulf Coast breezes that waft in and lace the arrangements with steel guitars and accordions. Sonny Wolf is a blues guitarist from Montreal, Quebec. In 2007 he and his band moved to Austin Texas. Wolf's style and sound is similar to blues guitarists from the late 50's, 60's and 70's, most notable Stevie Ray Vaughan.
