DESCRIPTION

Our smoked whole turkeys are slow cooked in our world famous brick pits until they are just the right amount of crisp and tender. Yields about 6-7 lbs of meat.
METHOD
We honor tradition here at Kreuz. That’s why we smoke our turkeys the hard way, cooking ‘em low and slow over real Texas post oak.
SHIP
There is a $23.00 dry ice and thermal box fee for all orders. Kreuz uses thermal dry ice shipping for all food items to ensure freshness.
